Josefina Montoya, 70, of Dickinson, Texas passed away November 27, 2021. Josefina was born October 17, 1951 in Brownsville, Texas.  Josefina was married to her beloved Juan Montoya for forty-six years. Josefina was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.  She greatly enjoyed her sweets and a good cup of coffee. She enjoyed music and soap operas also.  Her favorite holiday was Christmas and loved spending time with her family.

Left to cherish her beautiful memories are her husband: Juan Montoya; sons: Juan Montoya Jr. and wife Beatriz and Eduardo Montoya; daughter: Daisy Barrow and husband Tyson; mother: Herminia Coronado; grandchildren: Anthony Montoya, Cristian Montoya, Juan Daniel Montoya, Lyla Montoya, Jasmine Barrow and Nathan Barrow; and many  siblings, friends and family members.

A Visitation will be held at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas on Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 2:00pm to 8:00pm. A Rosary Service will be held at 7:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at Shrine of the True Cross in Dickinson, Texas at 10:30am on Friday, December 3, 2021. Interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
