You earned your wings… my dear friend … soar with the angels.
You are free and healed forever.
Missing you, beautiful lady of God.
Still having trouble grasping her loss….I was in contact with her throughout her duration of her battle! She was my Bestie and I will love her always…We went through thick and thin! I have known her since they hit town or at least this area when she was in 4th grade and lived in Bacliff and attended Bacliff Elementary School. We reconnected a couple of years when we all ended up residing in San Leon. We remained friends for all of these long years….From about 9 years of age until now. It has been a long while with many blessings and many heartbreaks. God Bless her big heart and may she eternally rest peacefully! No more scans, no more appointments and no more poking and prodding and struggling to breathe on a day to day basis. She had a lot of misery and continued to fight for her life. I prayed for God the Almighty to either heal her or Let her go! She is with her maker now and in the Glorious place that we all know as Heaven. I loved my Sister!
I am still continuing to Grasp that we have lost you. It is a difficult thing. We were friends for more than 50 years and have gone through thick and thin from heartbreak to blessings….Kids being born and loved ones lost. I met Packie back at Bacliff Elem. when she was in 4th Grade….We were friends shortly and then reconnected when they landed in San Leon as we did. Did not know that we lived on the same street and probably played together when we were both 5 years of age! What a small world we all live in. I was very close to all of her family as she was with mine. I will forever keep you in my heart! God Bless You Forever and may you rest peacefully in the arms of our Loving God!
I Loved her with all of my heart! I cannot grasp the loss of her body being upon this earth! I Prayed for Jesus to let her go if our God was not going to heal her broken body! No more suffering and no more pain please Lord! I cannot fathom how pain and suffering can continue…No More Pain and no more sorrow…Scans, and Poking, and Prodding, and collapsed lungs and struggling to breathe on a day to day basis! She was a beauty and had to suffer as so! We knew one another since 1964…Her family lived on Anthony Circle in Pasadena when my Pop was still alive…We didn’t meet until later in Bacliff and then finally San Leon! It has been a long haul with Blessings and Births and many casualties with the loss of friends and family! I will so way miss you my friend, as always I will love you! AMEN!
So sorry I loved her too was going to try and come to funeral but my legs arent working right .love you all
I don’t really know what to say! Your support to me and our conversations helped me so much! I can’t even acknowledge the fact your gone. I don’t know how I will handle this when my mom leaves. Sorry I wasn’t there, I don’t expect others to understand. Love you Aunt Packie
Christie, my heart is absolutely breaking for you and your family. She was such a dear friend & neighbor when we lived in TX. I pray you’ll find peace in knowing she is with her momma who I know she missed dearly everyday and with our Lord and Savior. No more suffering or tears. Give my love to Tish and Jimmy as well. Still miss you all.
