Sylvia Montez Wolf, 88, of League City, Texas, passed away on November 15, 2021 after a 14-year long battle with a lung condition. Sylvia was born on May 5, 1933 to loving parents Charles Gardner Patterson, Sr. and Lucille Patterson in Greenfield, Tennessee.

Sylvia loved working in her garden she took great pride in her yard.  She also loved doing arts and crafts. However, she will be remembered most as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Sylvia even sent a greeting card with one dollar enclosed to each of her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren for every holiday, including Halloween and Valentine’s Day. She always had a dollar for the great-grandkids when they would visit. Sylvia will be missed by all who knew and loved her dearly.

Sylvia is preceded in death by her husband Donald Richard Wolf, daughter Donna Wolf, and son Stephen Wolf. She is survived by her son Michael Wolf, eight grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.

A visitation for Sylvia will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 from 2:00 to 3:00 PM at Crowder Funeral Home in Pearland, Texas. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 PM.
