Ann Flores, 78 of Texas City passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021 in Texas City.  She was born on October 15, 1943 in Robstown, Texas to Manuel and Diamantina Barron.

Ann moved to Galveston County in 1968. Ann spent a majority of her life working in the grocery business as a Manager.  She also managed her house hold as she loved to cook for her family. Ann’s down time was spent playing the lotto and gambling!  One thing about Ann that everyone knew is  her hair and makeup were always on point.  She was a beautiful lady.

She is preceded in death by her husband Paz Flores, parents, sister Mary Helen Hernandez and three brothers; Daniel Barron, Manuel Barron and Francisco Barron.  Ann is survived by her daughter Sabrina Gomez and son Gerald Flores (Debbie Castaneda), sisters; Dora Ortiz and Diane Romero, her four grandchildren; Leslie Flores, Austin Flores, Coby Gomez and Christopher Gomez and three great granddaughters; Ayla Flores, Elianna Flores and Isabelle Clifford.

A visitation will be held on Monday, November 8, 2021 from 10:00am-Noon at the Crowder Funeral Home, La Marque.  A graveside service will be at 1:00pm on November 8, 20212 at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery.
