Sam and I knew each other from the old RENTManager-HUDManager days some 30 years ago. I was saddened to hear of his passing.
This quote from the notice, “He spent his life loving his family and friends, laughing, and trying to help others.”, is certainly an accurate portrayal of my impression of him all those years ago. He will be missed.

My most sincere condolences to Sam’s family. I haven’t seen Sam for many years, but I remember him fondly from Dickinson school days. It grieves me to know so many old friends have passed on, but I’m happy to know Sam had such a wonderful life. He will be missed.
Ausmus Family,
Phyllis and I are saddened to see this news about Sam. Our prayers and condolences to the entire Ausmus Family.
Chris, I’m sorry to hear of your brothers passing. My heartfelt condolences during this time of loss💐 .
Very sad news of Sam’s passing. He presided at my Mom’s funeral in 2017. I will never forget our talks preparing for the services and his desire to share his ‘Road to Emmaus’ eulogy. The Fleming’s and Ausmus’ shared many good times over the years. Sam shared his gentle way with those who listened to his kind words. He fought the good fight, ran the race to the finish and most certainly kept the faith. God’s loving blessing to Sam and peace and comfort for his family.
Our condolences go out to the family. My husband and I met Mr. Sam Ausmus at Shrine at the True Cross Catholic Church in Dickinson when he was a deacon. May you rest in peace.
God Bless,
Michael and Ester Garay
My heartfelt condolences to everyone in the family. Sam was a good, kind man who made the world a better place. He’ll be remembered with love and smiles.
Vicky, Chondra and Samantha, My deepest condolences to you all. I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to work for Sam for a number of years and see up close the range of his interests and skills. An absolutely wonderful person.
