Terri Phelps (59) of South Houston passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021. She was born in Texas City, Texas on September 8, 1962 to Jerry Ann and Thomas Wayne Phelps, Sr..

Terri is preceded in death by her mother and father. She is survived by two brothers, Thomas Phelps, Jr. and Trever Phelps and numerous nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 17, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the James Crowder Funeral Home in La Marque, Texas. A graveside services will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 18, 2021 at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock, with Pastor Tom Miles officiating.
