This shouldn’t have happened to you. I was the oldest of Mama’s kids. It was supposed to be me. People say you aren’t supposed to bury your kids. She wasn’t my child but she was family. Into God’s arms may the Angels lead You
Sherry, always protected me. When I was little I remember her coming home and asking mama if I was home and she said no, so Sherry came to the school looking for me and found me on the ground being beaten up by 3 bullies and she kicked off her flip flops and ran over to deal with the problem and then picked me up and carried me home. From that day forward she met me outside the school and walked me home. Sherry Marie I love you and miss you very much! I will see you when we reunite in Heaven.
Sherry I will never forget everything that I learned from you. Thank you for showing me what kindness and honesty looks like and for all those times you grabbed my hand and said “let’s pray” when times were tough. And thank you for telling me about BIV, funniest thing ever. You always had a way of making people laugh. Your in good hands now Sherry and I know you’ll be looking over all those you loved.
I will miss you but I will see you in glory.
