Gregory Alan Tetreault
On September 6, 2021, Gregory Alan Tetreault, formerly of West Springfield, MA, passed away at his home in Dickinson, TX, after a short battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his sister Kareen Tetreault and daughter-in-law Tammy (Pouliot) Tetreault. He is survived by his wife, Jan Tetreault; parents, John and Barbara (Bertram) Tetreault; siblings, Daniel Tetreault, Paul Tetreault (Jane), Roxann Chapdelaine (Michael), Vickie Busic, and Laura Hill (William); children, Andrew Tetreault, Allison Tetreault (David Jarmolowicz), and Kathryn Tetreault (Scott Schilling); and grandchildren, Grayson Preston, Haley Preston, Evelyn Jarmolowicz, and Vivian Jarmolowicz. Greg helped his maternal grandparents, Edward and Alice Bertram, raise Morgan horses on their farm on Amostown Road and participated in the selection of the statue commemorating the initiation of the breed in West Springfield. He was an avid competitor in NHRA, IHRA, and Championship Bracket Racing throughout his life.
I went to high school with Greg and I was very good friends with him and his wife Karen for many years. We traveled together as good friends do and he worked for some time for my ex father-in-law Gino Marchetti.
I hope his last days were peaceful and he didn’t suffer. Rest in peace my friend.
DONNA LANE
Greg was so much fun in my younger years. I did recently contact him to ask him a favor and he was right there for me. He was a great guy and I will always remember him. So sad to lose him.
