Gwendolyn Sue Parchman, 79, a long time resident of Bacliff, TX passed away August 13, 2021 in La Porte, TX. Sue was born May 23, 1942 in Ozona, TX to Gladys and Bill Cooke. She lived in Bacliff for 49 years and was a long time member of the First Baptist Church in Bacliff. She also worked for many years at Lynn’s Landscaping in League City as well as Hobby Lobby in Webster afterward.

Sue never remarried and now reunites with the love of her life and Husband Jim Parchman after his untimely death in 1984.

Gwendolyn leaves behind her daughters: Ramona Pace, Denise Irle, and Terri Cobb with husband Mike; her sons: Scott Mills with wife Susan, Timothy Mills with wife Chana, and Jonathan Mills with wife Julie; her fifteen grandchildren and great grandchildren; her sisters: Janette Martin with husband Mitchell, and Judy Hinnant with husband Buzz; and her brother, Michael Cooke with wife Peggy. 

 In lieu of flowers, family request donations be made to the Bacliff Volunteer Fire Department who do so much in community where she lived for so long.
