Charles “Charlie” Falco

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Charles “Charlie” Falco, of Dickinson, Texas on August 26, 2021 at the age of 57 years.  He was born on August 28, 1963 in Temple, Texas to loving parents Anthony “A.J.” Falco and Anna May (Randazzo) Falco.  Charlie is a beloved husband, brother, uncle and friend.  Dubbed as “Uncle Charlie” to many, he will be missed by all who knew him.

Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, sister Vincent Marie Tacker, brother Joseph A. Falco, and sister-in-law Cynthia Falco.

He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Shawna Falco, sisters Rosie Falco Tull and husband Sammy, Ann Paulissen and husband Tim, brother Nunzio Falco, sister-in-law Connie Falco, Aunt Paula Owings and husband Richard, mother-in-law Lodean D., sister-in-law Luana B. and husband Dirk, sister-in-law Dina B. and Stephen, stepfather in-law Hal D., and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Charlie was a Christian man who will be dearly missed for his ready smile and friendly nature.  He loved cooking & grilling, bowling, golfing, fishing – (definitely all things sports).  He had numerous awards for his bowling:   ABC/USBC/PBA and many leagues and tournaments.  He liked to help others in bowling and golf when asked upon.  He was blessed with an easy-going personality and was content to be with his wife, family and friends.

A visitation for Charlie will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas.

The family requests that all those in attendance please wear a mask.

  4. Such a great person. Knew him literally my whole life, he was good friends with my parents. He always always treated me like one of his own family. I will never forget that. Such a fierce competitor, made people better on the lanes just by shoeing up.

You will be missed dearly my friend.

  6. Charlie made me feel like part of the family from the moment we met. Darren loved this man and felt like a brother to him. Charlie’s smile is always something I will remember as well as his easy-going personality. It’s so very sad to have him leave this earth at such a young age, but comfort comes in knowing that something far better awaits him. No more pain Charlie. You will always be remembered ❤️

  10. I’ve known Charlie since elementary school and we stayed in touch throughout the years after he moved away from Marlin. I’ve not seen him nearly as much over the last 10 years as either of us would’ve liked. We talked on the phone every once in a while to catch up. He truly was a great guy and a great friend. I regret that we weren’t in touch with each other over the last few years as either of us would have liked. I’ll miss my friend, very much! Thoughts and prayers to all of his family.

  14. I am very sorry to hear about the passing of Charlie. I mostly remember him as a little girl when he bowled with the Georgies, a team with my Dad and my uncles on Thursday nights. He will always so nice and willing to give up quarters to us kids when my Dad wouldn’t give us anymore for the video games HA-HA 🙂 I did run into to him at a restaurant a couple of years ago and he was surprised that I remembered him (it’s been about 30+ years), but he looked exactly the same. May he Rest In Peace and already bowling a perfect game already with other teammates who have passed years ago, Ken Riley and Ernie Diaz. Rest easy guys, perfect 300s from here to eternity!! God Bless
