Hugh Adrian Finklea, 51 , passed away July 13, 2021. Hugh was born December 27, 1969. in Texas City, Texas. He is survived by his wife Lisa Maxson Finklea; his Father Brian and wife Marylee Finklea and Mother Kathy Byrkett Thompson; his daughters, Chasey Finklea (Zach Scroggins), Cassy Finklea, Megan Godwin (Bryan and Bailey Simard), son Maxson Godwin (Meryl Dryer); his sisters, Rachael (Kye Stypulczak) (Caden and Briar), Kimberly McAdoo (Chloe and David), Kelsey Thompson; brother: Clint (Laurie Bergeron); his father-in-law, Ron Maxson; mother-in-law, Judy Ankney; brother-in-laws: Scott (Shawn), Maxson (Michael and Nicolas) and numerous family members and friends.
Hugh will be missed by so many family and friends. He had such an energy that filled every room and a way of making everyone around him feel as if they were the most important thing in the world. So proud of how strong he was through such a difficult battle. Will love him forever!
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 2 pm at Bay Oaks Country Club 14545 Bay Oaks Blvd. Houston 77059
