Joe Edward Turner, 54, of Texas City, passed away on June 15, 2021 in Texas City, TX.  Mr. Turner was born on September 20, 1966 in Galveston, TX to James and Mary Turner, IV.  He has been a five-year resident of Texas City and formerly of Trinity, TX.  Joe worked for Landscape Art for the past five years.

Mr. Turner is survived by his wife Jennifer Turner; daughter Kristen Turner; sons Joe Edward Turner, II and Cody Turner; sisters Amber Lynn Riley, Julia Ann Fisher, Theresa Christeen Stringer and Corrie Ellen McBride; four grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents James and Mary Turner, IV; and brother James Madison Turner, V.

There will be a visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday June 24, 2021 at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson.  A Funeral Service will follow this next morning at 11:00 a.m. on Friday June 25, 2021 at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, with burial to follow at Hayes Grace Memorial Park in Hitchcock, TX.  Pallbearers serving will be Frankie Christiansen, Robert Christiansen, Joe Turner, Ricky Spencer, Bubba Fisher and Brent McBride.
