Delis Lizandro Melgar, Sr.
Delis Lizandro Melgar, Sr., 57, of Dickinson, Texas, passed away on May 23, 2021. Delis was born on July 9, 1963 in El Salvador to loving parents Isabel Neftali Melgar and Maria del Pilar Berrios Melgar. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Delis was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his wife Gloria Esperanza Parada Melgar, daughter Judy Melgar and wife Kacy, sons Carlos Melgar and Delis Melgar, Jr., mother Maria del Pilar Berrios Melgar, sisters Maribel Melgar, Gloria N, Olinda and husband Juan, Olga y Melgar, and Blanca and husband Guillermo, brothers Jose David and wife Irma, Fidel Melgar, Rafael Melgar and wife Juana, and Jose Melgar and wife Consuelo, and grandchildren Carlos Matteo Parada, Robyn Carolina Parada, Kaleb Parada, and Alessandra Melgar.
A visitation will be held for Delis Friday, May 28, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas. Interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery in Webster, Texas.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Carlos Melgar, Rafael Melgar, Delis Melgar, Jr., Lorenzo Carbajal, Jose Melgar, and Fidel Melgar.

So sorry for your loss! I pray that God gives you peace and comfort during your time of bereavement and beyond. I will truly miss Mr. Deli! This is very hard for me. He was a good and hard working man. We worked many shifts together. He will never be forgotten!
