Mary Farias Garcia, 90, passed away on February 25, 2021 in Houston, Texas. She was born on September 15, 1930 in Victoria, Texas but she spent over 30 years as a resident of Sagemont. She worked in banking for over 15 years and attended St. Luke’s Catholic Church.

Mary is reunited with her husband Reyes G. Garcia, 4 sisters and 2 brothers.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories forever; sons: Eddie Garcia and his wife Janice Putnam, C.J. Garcia and Lynn Garcia; daughter: Monica Huggins and her husband Rick. Also survived by her 2 sisters Tillie Rodriguez and Lu Collins and her husband Dick, 3 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 5, 2021 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. with a service to begin at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Crowder Funeral Home in Pearland. Burial to follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
