Martin Rabb
Martin Rabb, 92, passed away on October 12 2020 in Webster Texas. He/ was born on March 2, 1928 in Manhattan, New York to Lena Juran Rabb and Samuel Rabb. Martin Rabb is survived by: his daughter Anita Coy and Husband Denny, Son, Lewis Rabb and wife Rose, Sister Toby Schwartz, Grandchildren Dustin Rabb, Daniel Coy, John Garcia, Max Garcia, Great Grandchildren, Brooke Garcia, Emma Garcia, Jared Coy, Makayla Murillo, Izzy Murillo, Eliasar Murillo, Elian Murillo, Sofia Murillo and numerous family members and friends. He also leaves behind his devoted and caring nurse Anita Dial.
When his/nation called he answered by joining the United States Navy. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Pratt Institute of Engineering in Brooklyn NY. Martin Rabb worked as an Electronic Engineer at Sylvania and Philips Electronics and retired as an Electronic Designer for the Chemistry Department at Michigan State University. He had a passion for Bicycling, Motorcycling and loved to donate his time helping people with Meals on Wheels, organized a computer club and participated in a photography club in his retirement community of Marion Landing in Ocala Florida.
A memorial will be held on Thursday, October 15 2020 at 2pm (time) at Crowder Funeral Home 111 East Medical Center Blvd, Webster Texas 77598. Inlieu of flowers those wishing to make a memorial donation in Martin Rabb’s memory may do so to Meals on Wheels of Ocala Florida 1101 SW 20th Ct, Ocala FL 34471
I will miss my #2 Dad, who I enjoyed bicycle rides with, good meals, laughs and discussions. Rest in peace Marty, I’m glad you can be with Ethel now.
