Maxine Francis Bender passed away in the early morning hours on September 21, 2020 in League City TX at the age of 94.  She was born on February 16, 1926 in Raymond, Ohio to Homer E. Elliott and Ada Parks.  Maxine loved to Read.  She enjoyed stories about human interest, paranormal activity, miracles and the ways the Lord made his presence known on Earth.  Her Father was a Minister and she maintained a close relationship with God her whole life.  Maxine was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and her husband William A. Bender.  She is survived by her two sons, sons William E. Bender and David R. Bender, as well as David’s Wife Michelle (Shelly) who was very close to her mother-in-law.  Maxine also leaves behind seven Grandchildren, Katherine, Robert, Jennifer, William, David, John and Andrew.  Other than immediate family, there are no memorial services planned.
