Claudine lived her life to the fullest and made sure those around her did as well. Claudine accepted Christ into her life and served diligently for years at her home church Faith United Methodist Church in Dickinson until her health slowed her down.
Claudine is preceded in death by her mother and father, sister Johnnie Mae Nunn and brother Robert Lee “Brother” Ray, her husband; Wesley James Monroe, daughter; Anna Maria Monroe, granddaughter Victoria Ward, niece; Julia LaVerne Nunn and great-grandson; Jaedon Johnson.
Claudine leaves to cherish her memories her only son; Wallace James Ray (Donna), her 3 daughters; Johnnie Mae Clay (Theodore), Gloria Maria Ward (Vincent), and Shirley Maria Monroe (Cal); her 10 grandchildren; Rodney Monroe, Tiffany Monroe, Rosalind Collins, Tonya Richards, Wallace Ray (Rita), Wesley Ray, Vinchelle Ward, Vincent Ward, Theodore Clay Jr., and Jessica Clay; her 14 great-grandchildren, her special nieces; Sharon Faye Goffney (Marion), Sharenda Nunn and Devoted nephews; Arthur Ray (Sandra), Raymond Goffney and Larry Nunn, her godchildren; Roy Robinson, Claudine Whitfield and Jeradye Davis and her best friends; Lavatta Lee, Bonnie Hobbs and Helen Gaines and numerous other loving and supporting nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
