Joseph Michael
Joseph Michael was born in India on March 22, 1963 and departed from us on August 05, 2020 in Pearland, TX. He was a wonderful son, husband, and father. He was a very gentle soul and a hard worker, loved by everyone around him. His smiling face always lightened up every room he walked into and he was a constant source of joy to all. He was a sincere nurse, always trying to help others in need and an amazing, supportive coworker. His hobbies included reading, playing badminton, volleyball, and spending cherished moments with family and friends. He achieved a lot in his lifetime including his Masters Degree of Arts in Social Work, a Diploma in Office Automation and in Psychology from the University of Madras, but above all, he earned a special place in our hearts. Even though he may not be with us physically, he will be cherished through the memories we have made with him. Please keep his beloved wife, Lisa Joseph, and dear son, Sebastian Joseph in your prayers. Thank you all for coming to celebrate the life of Joseph Michael.
There will be a visitation held at 11a.m. Saturday, August 08, 2020 with a service to begin at 12:30 p.m. in the chapel of Crowder Funeral Home. Burial to follow at South Park Cemetery.

Joe, oh how wonderful it was to work with you and be your friend. You were an amazing person who always could turn anyones day around. Your smile and positivity was always radiating. Even after you moved you helped keep my spirits up if I needed to talk. My life is so blessed for having you in it. You and your family were so kind. You will be forever missed and loved. The kindest soul I have ever know. He brightened the lives of so many that he touched. His patients and his friends all loved being around him. His devotion to his son was amazing. He will be missed by all God Bless you Lisa and Sebastian.

We have a lost a good friend. Thanks Joe for your time with me, you also came to my life, when I needed the most; to have someone to talk to. Your smile would light up a room. You were a blessing in my life. Thanks for your friendship, for your time, and devotion. You have impacted so many people in a positive way. Joyful Joes was my classmate, while doing Master in Social Work in St. Loyola College Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. He was always joyful person towards everyone in the class. Among the many students, three of us, Joes and one of his best friend Cyril Alexander and myself did two months “Black Placement in Delhi” and we had wonderful time with him.
As soon as he heard about my presence in USA, he called me now and then and enquired about my health and situation. Now I lost one of my friends.
Hope, He lives in heaven and enjoys the presence of God for his wonderful service.

Still I remember our college days and our Social work field work days Anna.
You are my supporter in many ways. You are supported me in my education since I came from Village with ought proper English Knowledge. you handhold me to finish my MSW. All my success in the field now you are also part of that Anna. You need it for so many people Anna .why you went very early Anna. You need it for Dev Anna. I am not able to accept this. No words Anna.
May your soul Rest In Peace. Your ever/present smile and lovely countenance will always be with us. You made us happy, cheerful and always optimistic. Heaven needed someone like you so badly that the Almighty has to call you in. We pray for Lisa and Sebastian. May the good Lord give them strength to cope with this terrible loss.

I loved how your eyes would trinkle when you talked about “Joe” and as I called him “my Sebastian”. You have such a strong love of God and He will be your strength as you go forward. I am heartbroken for you both. May God Bless you both during this time and may God Bless your family members and friends as they help you through these sad days. I remember Joseph fondly. He was a worldly fellow, and could get to the quick of any problem. We shared many conversations, serious and humorous. Joseph was always good for a laugh. To know he was lost is cruel, not at all what those who know him would have thought lay ahead. Rest in peace, brother.
I was so saddened to hear the news of your passing, old friend. Words don’t come easily at times like these. Joseph was just simply a very good human being and anyone that knew him knows he is in a much better place now because if anyone deserves it it would be Joseph.
He was an interesting and interested man. Over the years we talked about such diverse and curious things as he was a curious mind. Happy, kind, funny, caring, and smart… Joseph was all of these things and more. I have no doubt that he will be missed by many as he was loved by many throughout his years here on this earth.

I am heart broken to hear the news , Joseph was an amazing nurse, friend and colleague. I will always remember playing bateminton during our lunch breaks at Lawnwood. You lighted up every room and made patients felt at peace. While we will miss you, heaven gained a angel. I will be praying for your family.

Joe is greatly missed by those of us who worked with him and got to know his kind spirit and good sense of humor. But he will be mostly missed by his wife and son whom he loved. He was proud of his family and his spirit should live on with them and with all of us who knew him. The greatest sadness is knowing that he had so much to give in heart and soul. Perhaps we can be comforted in knowing the heavens shall benefit from the loss we feel.
Extremely sad to hear the loss of our dearest Jose. His smile spoke of a million healing and he was born to serve. He stood up and never backed down for he had made up his mind to serve the people. All around our college days had always seen him smiling and that spoke volumes to soothe and mend a broken soul then and even now assuming from the profession he chose.

Mere words cannot comfort for the loss of Sunnyuncle. Always happy, very kind and always willing to help someone out. From his time as a social worker when I first met him to family gatherings and kids hanging out together, Sunny uncle was always happy. He made it work for his family. He was a quiet empowering man.
