Gilbert Galvan
Gilbert Galvan, of Alvin, passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2019 in Houston, Texas at the age of 68. He was born on December 27, 1950 in Galveston, Texas to Eugenio and Olivia Galvan.
Gilbert worked as a carpenter for 10 years before retiring. He enjoyed watching football, boxing and The Price is Right as well as the Wheel of Fortune. Lot’s of times he said he won! He had much love for his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents Eugene and Olivia Galvan, brothers Eugene Galvan, Jr., Reynaldo Galvan, Julio G. Galvan, and sisters maria Martinez and Alice Sanchez.
He is survived by his loving sister of 73 years Frances Aguilar and many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and great great nieces.
The family will receive friends at 10:00am on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Faith Assembly of God, 700 2nd St, League City, TX 77573. A Funeral Ceremony will immediately follow on Saturday at 11:00 am at Faith Assembly of God Church.
