Stella Sandoval, 70, of Texas City passed away on Thursday, October 03, 2019 in Webster, Texas.  She was born September 1, 1949 in Galveston, Texas to Jesse and Alfonsa Lopez.

Stella was a longtime resident of Texas City formerly from Galveston.  She was a member of St. Mary of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church in Texas City.

Stella is preceded in death by her parents and brothers Danny Lopez and Jesse Lopez.  She is survived by her companion Jose Perez, her two daughters; Lisa Ramos (Mario) and Belinda Sandoval, her son Jason Perez, two sisters; Diana Papillion and Linda Ortiz and her three grandchildren; John Hearn (Gigi), Christopher Ramos and Caleb Ramos.

A memorial mass will be at a later date.
