Perversie Johnwell McAdams, 84, of Texas City quietly left her earthly home to sing with the angels in heaven on September 9,2019.

Perversie was born on July 12,1935 to the late Paul Johnwell & Annie Landry.

She had resided in Louisiana until 1953 and she later moved to Texas City.

Preceded in death by her parents Paul Johnwell & Annie Landry, husband Eddie McAdams, daughter Linda Marie Guillory, sister Earthy Mae Griffith.

She leaves to cherish her memories:  her daughter Joann H. LeMoine of Elton, Louisiana; sister Mary Nell Johnwell of Eunice, Louisiana; son-in law Joseph A. Guillory(Dorothy) of Texas City, Texas; 8 grandchildren; Joseph A. Guillory III (Latrice), David Guillory(Monica), Marcus Guillory, Simon Guillory, Brad Harmon(Tennille), Marlin LeMoine(Christina), Kerwin LeMoine(Brittany), and Kendall LeMoine(Chelsea), twenty-two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, September 19, 2019 in the chapel of Crowder Funeral Home, 401 Texas Ave, La Marque TX 77568. Funeral service will be Friday, September 20, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 1224 Cedar Dr. La Marque, TX. Burial to follow at Houston National Cemetery in Houston, TX.
