On August 28^th peacefully passed away in his sleep after a short battle with pancreatic cancer. Paul was born in Pasadena, Texas January 20 1950. He has lived in League City for more than 20 years. He was known as “the man that could build or do anything.”  He was always building something, whether that be a boat from spare lumber, a hot-tub from old cardboard boxes and fiberglass, or a barn from old hurricane-damaged cedar fencing. His love for life and zest for living was unequaled. He’s even set records, for instance, he’s the only person we’ve ever heard of who broke his own nose with his knee while jumping in a bouncy house.  Paul was an avid fisherman and hunter.  He was a trial rider and a part of the Indian Outlaw Bar-B-Q Cooking team. Paul loved music and to DJ.  He was always helping his friends with weddings, repairing cars, boats, motorcycles, rebuilding horse buggies, stage coaches, etc. He is proceeded in death by his son Paul Phillip Stuckey of League City and his brother Jimmy Dale Stuckey of Greenfield, Mass. Paul is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Mary Joan Stuckey and his brother Don Wayne Waldrop of Makaha, Hawaii. Nieces and nephews: Jim, Meme, Angela, Johnny, Joshua and Jacob.Viewing will be from 4pm-6pm  September 4, 2019  with a service  to follow at 6pm at Crowder Funeral Home 1645 E. Main Street League City, Texas 77573. A reception will be at “The Barn”,  for food and fellowship following the service at 2499 Hewitt Street, League City.
