Sallie Rachel Wier, 80, a Pearland, TX resident for over 50 years, passed away May 14, 2019 with her family by her side.  Sallie was born March 3, 1939 in Rome, GA and was of the Baptist faith.

Sallie is survived by her husband, Bill Wier; daughter, Melody Meshell, husband Anthony; grandchildren: Macy Garza, husband Jeremy and Katelyn Meshell; brother, Jimmy Gilvin, wife Kim, nephews Christopher and Eric Gilvin, great grandchild Lillith Garza.

Sallie was a kind loving woman with a caring and giving soul. She was loved by all who knew her. She will be missed by all.
