  1. So sorry to hear of your loss. I loved David and visited with him when we worked at the same location. I admired him so much for his keen mind and knowledge, but most of all for his sense of humor. I especially loved hearing the stories of his grandchildren. I miss him and know so many people feel the same. Prayers and peace.

I had a world of respect of David in every sense of the word. I had the honor of working with this man for 22years.

  3. We send you our sympathy, love and wishes of comfort. It was a joy to see you, cousin David and the family in Santa Fe (now almost 4 years ago). David’s quick smile for everyone is something that I will always remember about him as well as his love for his children and grandchildren which was always clearly evident.

  4. It was a treat and privilege to have David as a key cog to our newspaper operations all these years. I had my share of computer glitches and David, with his reassuring voice, was ready and willing to help. I especially loved it when his office was essentially next to my cubicle when our offices were on FM 1959. As recently as last year, I sought out David’s help to end some computer frustrations. He had a never-ending series of memories from the golden days of the local newspapers that always created a smile and a laugh. Thank you David for being a valuable co-worker and friend.

  5. I wish I had a box to give to you filled with all the gifts of comfort and solutions that David in his generousity and calm demeanor gave to me and so many others over the years. I am fairly certain you each have your own box of memories and joys that David gave to you. He was so kind and such a sweet man. I enjoyed our phone chats as we solved so many world problems in addition to computer issues. He left his thumb imprint on the soft clay of our hearts. There are no words that can heal the hole in our hearts, only time will heal its scar. The mourning will pass and the longing for just one more time together will come to us when we are unprepared for its visit. Tears will be the only words the heart can speak unto such loss. In time I hope your memories will bring you comfort and smiles of good times remembered. I send you prayers of comfort and wishes of togetherness. With deepest sympathy, Paula
