Linda Kay Lott
Mrs. Linda Kay Lott, 57, from Pasadena, TX went home to be with her Savior on March 24, 2018. Linda passed peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving children, mother, twin sister, nephew, and nieces. She was born on March 29, 1960 in Galveston, TX to Fritz and Nadine Holder. Linda was an identical twin and one of nine children. She was a devout Christian with an unshakable faith in our Lord. Even in her darkest days, she carried on with grace because she knew she needed to be strong for her children and grandchildren.
She devoted her career to taking excellent care of the elderly and took great pride in providing a level of service to improve the quality of life for her elderly clients. She brought joy to so many and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Mrs. Lott is preceded in death by her grandmother, Bessie Strickland; her aunt, Mary Thompson; and father, Fritz Holder.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories, daughter, Amber Kratschmer, husband Robert; sons: Shawn Lott and Tommy Lott, wife Jessica; grandchildren: Rebecca Kratschmer, Addison Durow, Abigail Lott, Robby Kratschmer, Bastion Lott and Riker Lott; mother, Nadine Holder; sisters; Laurie McCarthy, Lynn Grigson, Debra Stuart, Kimberly Kendrick and Sally Lindsey; brothers: Timothy Holder, Kevin Holder and Kenneth Holder; nephew, Casey McCarthy, wife Errica; nieces: Christie Esparza, husband Charlie, Carrie Flythe, husband John, and many more nieces, nephews, and their children that she loved dearly.
Visitation will be held from 11am to 1pm on Friday, March 30, 2017 with a service to begin at 1pm in the chapel of Crowder Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Grandview Cemetery in Pasadena.
It is obvious from the kind expressions that Ms. Lott was dearly loved and will be sadly missed. I find comfort in knowing death was not Gods original purpose for mankind and his purpose has not changed. His word is clear, he will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces. (Isaiah 25:8). The resurrection of Lazarus was showing us one of his many promises/miracles that will take place in the new world giving us a precious glimpse of what is to come…….seeing our dead loved ones again! (Acts 24:15) May Jehovah God comfort you and bless your family in the days ahead as you cherish the many fond memories .
