Verlee Moliere, 94, of Texas City passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018.  She was born September 22, 1923 in Wharton, Texas to Nelson and Jane Greer.

She was a member of Rising Star Missionary Baptist Church and The Order of the Eastern Star.

Verlee is preceded in death by her parents, son Jimmy Lee Ray and several sisters and brothers.  She is survived by granddaughter Jamie Lenette Ray and five great-grandchildren: Ashley T. Hunter, Michael A. Ball, Jr., Nathaniel DeVivo, Miya J. Ball and Marcus D. Ball.

A visitation will be on Saturday, March 10, 2018 from 11:00am -1:00pm at Rising Star Missionary Baptist Church 302 Oak Street North  Texas City, Texas.  Funeral Service will follow at 1:00pm with Rev. D.N. Benford officiating.  Interment will be at Houston National Cemetery at a later date.
