De’Andre Lamont Stewart of Houston, TX was born June 2, 1973 to his mother, Glenda Stewart Harris and father, Billy Caldwell in Pomona, CA.

He attended schools in Denton, TX, Ontario and Montclair, CA.

He moved back to Texas in 1992 residing in Cleveland, TX where he met January Whatley. Moving to Houston, TX they became proud parents of 4 beautiful children, Kory R. Stewart, De’Andre L. Stewart Jr., Tess Stewart and Andres Whatley, all of Houston, TX and one step son Patrick Whatley.

De’Andre was employed with I-Hop restaurant company. He also continued to further his educations attending Art Institute of Houston in music.

De’Andre enjoyed music, cooking, sports, supporting his favorite basketball teams, Los Angeles Lakers, football team, Houston Texans; But his most enjoyment was with family.

He leaves behind his parents; children; loving brothering, James P. Middleton of Webster, TX; step father, Nathaniel Harris of Texas City, TX; step brother, Donovan Harris of North Caroline; god mother and aunt, Jenifer K. Lyons of Long Beach, CA; god brother, Dominick Williams of Dallas, TX; god sister, Xavier Williams of Humble, TX; a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and co-workers.

Because of sudden illness De’Andre is resting, never to awaken. Jesus came for him and he went home with him October, 19, 2017. His job is done, “Rest now my son, sadly you will be missed”       Love you so much, Mom

There will be a visitation Friday, October 27, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m at Crowder Funeral Home, 2422 Broadway, Pearland, TX 77581. A service will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017 beginning 11:00 a.m at Willing Workers Baptist Church, 801 29^th St, Texas city,TX
