I knew Frank during my time in the USCG. We served together on the USCGC Sherman WHEC 720. This was during 1971-72. Spent the weekend with his family. Frank had a great sence of humor and was upbeat and kind to so many. I found this while searching a name from the past. Jesus, remember Frank’s kindness to me.
