Carolyn Fay Neely, of Kemah, Texas passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at the age of 78. She was born January 31, 1939 in Frederick, Oklahoma to George and Helen Lynch.  Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents George and Helen Lynch,  husband Omye Loyd Neely and sister Pauline Horton.  She is survived by her daughter Belinda Dean and husband Randy , son Darril Neely and wife Paula, brothers Wayne Lynch and wife Jean, Donnie Lynch, grandchildren Amy, Adam, Sara, Chelsea, Derek and Ariel, great grandchildren Zoee, Micah, Madaline and Wyatt.  Funeral services will be held Friday, May 12, 2017 at 2pm at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main Street,  League City, Texas. A graveside service will follow Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 11am at  Frederick Cemetery, Frederick, Oklahoma.
