Miriam “Mimi” Bea Deaton
Miriam “Mimi” Bea Deaton, 79, of Seabrook, TX, passed away April 28, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family. Mimi was born September 16, 1937, to Katie and Hyman Z. Fireman in Pittsburgh, PA. She was a LVN for many years and was a loyal member of the VFW Post 6378 Auxiliary. Mimi was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter Mindy Jo Warner.
Mimi is survived by her loving husband of 27 years David Deaton, daughter Tammy Lynn Cormier and husband Steven; sons Barry Sheldon Roberts and wife Norma, Keith Roberts, and Patrick Deaton and wife Margie; sister Marsha Rubenstein and husband Ronnie; grandchildren Kaylin Warner, Corey Warner, Shawn Roberts, Eric Roberts, Bobby Layne Moffett, Stephanie Cormier, Adriana Cormier, Ian Cormier, Racheal Deaton, Daniel Deaton, and Paul Deaton; and two great-grandchildren, Stella Rose and Liliana.
A celebration of her life will be held 1:00 pm, May 1, 2017, at the VFW post 6378, 5204 Hwy 3, Dickinson, TX.

Mimi, you were a force to be reckoned with. A straight shooter that was not afraid to speak your mind. You had a huge heart that you also were not afraid to show the world. I hope you knew that. You will be greatly missed by many. Rest easy Mimi…or start a conga line, whatever you think is best.

God broke the mold after bringing you into this world and you will be truely missed by all who had the privilege to know you. I will miss you so much but imagine meeting again on some awesome cruise in the after life.
